…Engineers are currently in route to make repairs to the fiber backhaul. There may be some brief downtime as they make repairs and swap out equipment. We apologize for the inconvenience, but hope to have the issue resolved quickly. This will not effect Velocity and DSL customers….

…Our battery backups at Loma Prieta have run out. Our field ops team is currently working to restore power at this time, and some of our wireless customers in the Watsonville area may experience downtime due to this issue. This only affects our wireless customers, and will not affect customers on Velocity or DSL connections. We appreciate your patience….

…The networking equipment that provides customers in the Harvey West and lower Graham Hill road areas with Wireless and Certified access services has lost power due to a PG&E power outage. There will be customer impacting downtime during this event but we expect to restore service to these customers by 10AM Tuesday 11/19, or sooner depending on PG&E restoring power. This will not affect customers with DSL and Velocity access services….

…Beginning at 11:59PM tonight our upstream partner will be conducting maintenance on copper infrastructure that provides service to some DSL customers. Downtime will be approximately 15 minutes for these customers. This maintenance will not affect other services, including Velocity….

…Cruzio engineers will be conducting network-impacting maintenance tonight starting at 11:45PM, lasting until tomorrow morning no later than 5AM, though the actual customer impact should not be more than 3-4 minutes during the maintenance window. This work will not affect any Velocity DSL connections….

…Around 2:05 we began seeing strange behavior from our equipment at the Chaminade resort. Technicians and system admin are looking into the issue now. We are sending technicians to check out the equipment onsite ASAP This will only affect wireless pro, and dedicated customers connected to the Chaminade access point. Velocity and DSL customers are unaffected. Thank you for your patience….
