…A radio linking the SC Art Center to Cruzio has gone down and engineers have been dispatched to fix the problem. This should only effect customers connected wireless at the SC Art center. Updates will be provided as soon as we have more information….

…Around 2:05 we began seeing strange behavior from our equipment at the Chaminade resort. Technicians and system admin are looking into the issue now. We are sending technicians to check out the equipment onsite ASAP This will only affect wireless pro, and dedicated customers connected to the Chaminade access point. Velocity and DSL customers are unaffected. Thank you for your patience….

…We are aware of an outage affecting one of our Wireless Pro broadcasting sites that serves customers in Westside Santa Cruz, Beach Flats, Seabright, and Twin Lakes. Cruzio technicians are currently rolling out to diagnose the issue. Update: This is resolved. As of 4:00 AM, our equipment has been restored and all affected customers should be back online….

…We are currently experiencing an equipment failure that is effecting several wireless customers connected via the UTC building in downtown Santa Cruz. This may effect customers fed from the Dream Inn and the Chaminade POPs. Engineers are out in the field working to resolve the issue and we should be able to provide updates shortly.
