…As of around 6pm this evening 3/19/20, we began experiencing issues at one of our network sites. All wireless pro connections served from there are currently offline. Engineers are actively working to resolve the issue and restore connectivity as quickly as possible. We will amend this status as we receive updates from our engineering team. …Cruzio engineers will be performing maintenance on equipment that serves Wireless Pro and Dedicated customers in Scotts Valley on Monday 9/28/2020, between 1PM to 3PM. There will be a few brief interruptions throughout this maintenance window….

…Some Wireless Pro customers in and around downtown Watsonville may observe connection issues due to an upstream hardware issue, and Cruzio engineers are dispatching to resolve the problem. We will update this network status as more information becomes available….

…We are currently experiencing an outage for Wireless Business Broadband customers in the Westside area. Technicians are en route to investigate the problem. We suspect a power failure, but will be providing updates as soon as we find out….

…Due to the current intense storm cell passing over Santa Cruz, some wireless links may experience sporadic loss of connectivity. PG&E power outages may be causing customer-side power loss as well, affecting radio equipment on customer premises and causing loss of connectivity. Cruzio technicians are monitoring the network and will respond to any extended outages as soon as possible….

…Engineers are cutting our equipment back over to a primary power source after the power outage that occurred late last night/early this morning. Affected customers will have no connectivity for about 5 minutes while the cut-over takes place. This only affects some Wireless Pro customers in the Live Oak area. This status will be updated once the maintenance is complete. We appreciate your patience….
