…day, January 30th 2018 at 3:30pm, there is an outage affecting some legacy DSL circuits in the Boulder Creek area. AT&T is currently investigating the issue and working to resolve the problem. AT&T has provided a tentative estimated time of repair of 24 hours. Customers affected by this issue can stop by the Cruzio office downtown with their portable devices and obtain free 9 to 5 CruzioWorks day passes to utilize our fiber-backed co-working facil…

This outage is due to a hardware failure on AT&T’s equipment, and AT&T is working to repair the issue. AT&T has provided us with a revised estimated time of repair, and they expect to complete their repair by Tuesday, January 23rd. …Customers with the “Legacy DSL” access service may currently experience issues with being issued a dynamic IP address lease from some of our servers. This would cause the customer to not be able to get online….
…As of April 1st, 2016 at 11am, there will be emergency maintenance performed on hardware that serves some of our Legacy DSL customers. This maintenance will take about one hour, and these customers may experience approximately 15 minutes of downtime during this maintenance window. After the maintenance concludes, speeds should return to normal. If your speeds are still slow after the maintenance, please power cycle your equipment….
