Engineers are working on making repairs. There is a possibility that the repair process could result in customers who are currently not down to lose their connection during the repair process, depending on the extent of damage found. We just want to give customers in the area a heads up in case this should happen. If it does happen, we expect downtime to be very brief.

Cruzio engineers have identified a broken fiber line causing an outage for some Fiber and Fiber Certified customers in the Downtown Santa Cruz area. We are working on the issue and will update this status as more information becomes available.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting emergency maintenance on upstream infrastructure equipment providing service to some wireless subscribers in El Granada on Monday 2/2/26 between 10:00pm – 2:00am. There will be a few brief interruptions during this time. Cruzio technicians will keep downtime as minimal as possible.
