We’ve recently noticed a rise in phishing attempts where scammers impersonate well-known companies, including Cruzio. Especially ones that claim your account or email will be deleted in 48 hours if no action is taken.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting emergency maintenance on upstream equipment serving wireless customers in the Westcliff area of Santa Cruz on Wednesday 5/20/26 10PM-2AM. We anticipate a few brief interruptions during this process. Technicians will keep downtime as minimal as possible.

Cruzio engineers will be replacing core network hardware at our Watsonville datacenter to increase performance and reliability between 12AM and 2AM on Tuesday 5/19/2026. This will cause a brief period of downtime for customers in Monterey/Salinas and a small section of Watsonville during that time period. This status will be updated once work is completed.
