…Services have been restored for wireless and wired customers fed from the UTC and Dream Inn buildings in downtown Santa Cruz, however we are still looking into issues at the Chamenade building which is still effecting some customers. …We are currently experiencing an equipment failure that is effecting several wireless customers connected via the UTC building in downtown Santa Cruz. This may effect customers fed from the Dream Inn and the Chaminade POPs. Engineers are out in the field working to resolve the issue and we should be able to provide updates shortly. We apologize for the inconvenience….

…A radio linking the SC Art Center to Cruzio has gone down and engineers have been dispatched to fix the problem. This should only effect customers connected wireless at the SC Art center. Updates will be provided as soon as we have more information….

…We are currently experiencing an outage for Wireless Business Broadband customers in the Westside area. Technicians are en route to investigate the problem. We suspect a power failure, but will be providing updates as soon as we find out….

…We are performing some unscheduled emergency maintenance at one of our downtown wireless access points. This is to prevent further power interruptions at the site. Downtown should only be for a few minutes and should be starting within the next few minutes. We appreciate your patience….

…One of our downtown wireless access points is having issues. Technicians have been deployed to resolve the issue. We will amend this status as we receive updates….

…A large storm cell is now moving over the Watsonville area which is causing an outage for some wireless customers in the Watsonville area. Any services that are down should come back up once the storm cell finishes passing through the Watsonville area….

…There has been a power failure at the site that feeds wireless internet to some of downtown Santa Cruz. Customers fed off of that building will be affected, as will customers fed from the Chaminade Resort and Dream Inn which bridge off of this building. Our techs are currently trying to replace the battery at the site, however PG&E has scheduled the outage to be resolved by 11AM at the latest….

…We are currently experiencing a network outage that is effecting Wireless customers in the West Side area of Santa Cruz. Technicians are en route to make repairs. Updates will be provided as soon as we have more information. Thank you….
