There is currently a wireless outage at one of our wireless sites affecting customers in Watsonville, Scotts Valley, East San Jose, and Oakland Road area. This outage only affect Cruzio customers on the Business Broadband and Enterprise networks in these areas; customers with Velocity or DSL connections are not affected. Cruzio engineers have identified a problem with a wireless access point that affected 23 customers in the mid-town (east Santa Cruz & Live Oak) area from 10:20-10:50AM. This only affected Business Broadband wireless Cruzio customers, and not Enterprise, Velocity, or DSL. …Cruzio Internet’s wireless network experienced a brief outage, between 3:20pm and 3:30pm today. This affected Business Broadband and Enterprise customers on Cruzio’s wireless network. The affected locations were portions of lower downtown Santa Cruz, West Cliff, Branciforte, Chaminade, and Live Oak. This network interruption was resolved as of 3:30pm.
