The cutover to a primary power source at one of our distribution points in the Live Oak area was completed successfully. All affected Wireless Pro customers should be back online.
Engineers are cutting our equipment back over to a primary power source after the power outage that occurred late last night/early this morning. Affected customers will have no connectivity for about 5 minutes while the cut-over takes place. This only affects some Wireless Pro customers in the Live Oak area. This status will be updated once the maintenance is complete. We appreciate your patience.
Power to the Chaminade resort has been restored. All Wireless Pro customers who were affected by this outage should be online again.
Technicians have arrived on site with backup power, PG&E estimates power should be restored around 1AM. Backup power has restored service to Wireless Pro customers who were affected.
