…There is currently an interruption in service for a portion of Cruzio’s Legacy DSL customers. Network engineers are actively working to resolve this outage. This outage does not affect any of Cruzio’s Velocity or Business Broadband customers. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience as we resolve this issue….

2/12/2018 11:59pm – Legacy DSL Maintenance

…Cruzio’s upstream providers have scheduled a maintenance window for Tuesday, February 12th, 2019 at 11:59PM to upgrade networking equipment that serves our Legacy DSL customers. This will not affect Fiber, Velocity, or Wireless Pro services. We don’t expect any downtime during this maintenance window….
