Our field ops team is currently working to restore power at this time, and some of our wireless customers in the Watsonville area may experience downtime due to this issue. …The networking equipment that provides customers in the Harvey West and lower Graham Hill road areas with Wireless and Certified access services has lost power due to a PG&E power outage. There will be customer impacting downtime during this event but we expect to restore service to these customers by 10AM Tuesday 11/19, or sooner depending on PG&E restoring power. This will not affect customers with DSL and Velocity access services….
