[Update]: Our Engineers have identified the issue. At this time, we believe the issue to be resolved.
If you are still not online, please restart your Gigacenter, or your Router (if you do not rent from us). You can do this by unplugging the power cord from the wall, leaving this unplugged for 15 seconds, and then plugging it back in.
Once your Power, Broadband, and Service light are on green: Internet should be restored. (Other devices may have different status indicators)
If this does not restore your service, please give our customer service line a ring, and we will get back to you as soon as we are back in the office tomorrow morning.
[Update]: There are continued issues with the fiber optic service in downtown Santa Cruz. Engineers are currently investigating.

At around 4:40pm, some customers with a fiber optic connection in downtown Santa Cruz may have experienced a slight blip in service.
Our Engineers have found and resolved the issue and we believe service should be up and running again.
This scheduled maintenance window is now complete.
We will be performing scheduled network maintenance to equipment that serves customers in the Watsonville area.
Customers with Wireless, Certified, Dedicated, and Enterprise broadband access services will experience momentary downtime as we perform this maintenance.
Velocity and DSL customers will not be affected.
Cruzio customers on our Wireless, Certified, Wifi, Dedicated, and Enterprise broadband services experienced a momentary outage caused by a routing issue on one of our core routers between 10:30-10:40AM this morning (8/21/19). This has been resolved.
The emergency maintenance is complete, and affected wireless links in Watsonville are now back online. If you are still experiencing issues with connectivity, please reboot your router, and contact Cruzio customer service at 831-459-6301 for further assistance. Thanks for your patience.
