Cruzio engineers will be replacing core network hardware at our Santa Cruz datacenter between 12AM and 2AM on Thursday 4/30/2026. This will cause a brief period of downtime for customers in Downtown Santa Cruz within that window. Affected services are Cruzio Works, Wireless Pro, Fiber Pro, Fiber Certified, Fiber Dedicated, and Colocation. BGP customers in other areas may also be affected.

Update Work was completed at 12:10am. All systems should be back up and operational.
