We are currently experiencing an outage for customers with mail and web hosting sites on server host13.cruzio.com. Engineers are currently investigating and will provide any updates we get before restoration. This is only effecting customers on host13 and no one else. Any mail sent to customers on this web server will be queued and then delivered once services are restored, so no mail will be lost during the outage.
