I've recently dropped in and was pleasantly surprised. After my 3rd visit, I've decided to give it the Santa Cruz THUMBS UP. It's not just a pretty building. The interior is lovely and the food is always "top drawer."
I like just sitting @ the bar and watching the chefs, but try the booths for more intimate seating.

The food is nourishingand service quick. I expected more. The noodles are often over cooked and it was quite noisy the three times (in 3 years) I tried to eat there.
However, many locals love it, as you will see. It is usually crowded.
