Cruzio email accounts come with one primary mailbox and 5 "extra" mailboxes which you can create or delete as you wish. To create these extra mailboxes, you need to log in to your Cruzio Control Panel or select the "EMAIL" button at the top of any page on the Cruzio Web site.

To log in, you will need your login, domain name, and password. Your login and password are written on the information sheet Cruzio gave to you when you first signed up for service. Your domain name is 'cruzio.com' unless you have your own.

» Setup your Email

  1. Click the EMAIL button.
  2. You are now at your Control Panel. Click the Manage Mailboxes button.
  3. Add New Mailbox Use this button to create a new mailbox:
Enter the email name you would like in the Mailbox Name box, and then choose which domain you would like to use with that name. Email names should not contain spaces or special characters (such as @ or % or .). If the name you choose has already been picked by someone else, you will get a message telling you that the name is unavailable.
  4. In the Mailbox Password box, type in the password you would like to use. Passwords must be at least six characters long and should contain only letters and numbers. Do not put spaces or special characters in your password.
  5. Retype your mailbox password in the second box.
  6. Click the Add New Mailbox button.
  7. Please print and save the "Information Sheet" that is created. This sheet has setting information for configuring your email program for the new mailbox. There is also info on the 10 Mb Web space that is included with the email box.

After you've created at least one of your additional mailboxes, you will have the option to change their passwords or remove the mailboxes themselves using this control panel.

Each extra mailbox that is created has its own, more limited control panel, in which you can configure Email Forwarding, Vacation Service, and change the mailbox password. To access the new mailbox's control panels, click on the "EMAIL" button at the top of any Cruzio Web page and enter the login, domain name, and password of that mailbox.
