Email Control Panel Features:
Manage Mailboxes - Cruzio email
accounts come with five additional mailboxes, which you can
configure from this button. Cruzio provides a variety of domain
names (the part of an email address after the @ symbol) for you
to use with these email boxes.
Junk Mail Filters - Set rules
to weed out the spam. See our Dealing
with Junk Mail page for complete information.
Mail Forwarding - This means
that when an email message is received for your email address, it
is forwarded to an address you specify. You can create (or remove)
your Mail Forwarding at any time, by using the control panel.
Vacation Service - If Vacation
Service is enabled, an email message sent to you will automatically
generate a reply to inform the sender that you are on vacation.
You can enable or disable Vacation Service from the control panel.
Note that enabling Vacation Service does not change any other functionality
of your email; your incoming mail is still stored on the server
until you download it, and you can download your mail at any time.
Note: the automatically generated reply will be sent only once
to each email address. For example, if someone sends you more than
one message while you have Vacation Service enabled, they will receive
the auto-reply message only in response to their first message.
Unlock Mailbox - (Basic Cruzio
accounts only) If you are unable to download your mailbox then
perhaps your mailbox may be locked. This can happen during computer
freezes or crashes. Press this button to remove the lock. |
