[SOLVED]SugarCRM - need to upgrade or not?

Installatron says I need to upgrade SugarCRM 5.0.0g to 5.2.0c by hand. 

Can you supply me with the reference for upgrade?  Installatron also contradicts itself wrt most current version & what is "supported."  Which is correct?

When I go to admin the install, I receive the warm, comforting message:

Warning: Please upgrade 5.2.0c : The latest version of SugarCRM is 5.2.0c. Please visit support.sugarcrm.com to acquire the latest version.

Installatron's updater leads me to these:

5.2.0c
version notes   
Installer released: 2009-03-19
This is the latest supported version of this software.

and

5.0.0g
version notes   
Installer released: 2008-08-03
This is the installed version.
This version is no longer supported.

Hello Again!  ;

Not sure from the vmail to whom or where I should respond so I thought I'd keep the thread here for now.

My upgrade question is still on the table.  I haven't upgraded.  The reason I haven't is that:

1) the upgrade notice indicated that it is "by hand" and,
2) Sugar forums indicate this requires cli-access which, of course, I don't have.

Wrt the other issue (modifying Sugar), I'm going to go out on a limb here and follow up in that thread...

Unfortunately the server hosting your domain has a version of PHP that is potentially incompatible with the latest upgrade to SugarCRM.  This is why it has not been made available on this server.

Please contact us directly via Phone or Email if you need an alternative solution to allow you to upgrade to the newer version.

This issue was solved by Cruzio support moving our installation to host3 from host1.  Host3's more recent version of php allowed for a more recent Sugar (v5.2.0e).
