Today's moment of joy was pure and simple. It was a few moments, actually, when I shed all my clothes of the day and pulled on my comfy soft lounge pants and yummy comfortable light-weight shirt.  It's such an "ahhhhh" moment.  Nothing binding or left over from the day.  Another way my body feels like it's home.
