Our exciting new Technology Services position is based around the following core set of duties:

Wireless On-site Telecomm:

-Research, design, test and deploy of wireless infrastructure in

PtP and PtMP technologies

-Maintain existing and new wireless infrastructure

-respond to emergency wireless infrastructure outages as prescribed by

SLA's and Cruzio's standard network response policies

-Handle inside wiring and interface with telephone network wiring

Internal Systems Support:

-Research, design, test, implement and maintain internal systems

solutions for Cruzio's internal network and systems

-Provide initial setup and ongoing support to Cruzio staff and programs

Managed Services:

-Create proposals, implement and maintain a wide variety of technology

solutions for Cruzio clients on managed service contracts. These contracts range from Desktop IT

support to mail server maintenance and beyond

Key attributes of the successful candidate:

- Highly self reliant; Position involves up to 80% of time spent in the field

- Willingness to carry a 24/7 notification pager on rotating basis

- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation

- Capable of working closely with other internal and external groups to ensure requirements are met

or exceeded

- Clean CA Drivers License

- Able and willing to work at heights on towers/rooftops

- Physically able to lift up to 60lbs

Pay scale starting at $15/hr and negotiable based on experience/ability
