Ongoing drop in class taught by Nam Hoa Temple Internal Arts Association Tai Chi Master Jim Scott-Behrends at the La Selva Beach Florido Lawn (behind the library) near Playa and Florido. Qi Gong warm ups and Tai Chi form practice is included, class time is from 10:30-12:00 in the morning every saturday. Master Jim is assisted by Mary Mulligan, Lindy Patania, and Grace Sanchez who are certified instructors in the Nam Hoa tradition. Beginners welcome.
