Everybody is welcome to Santa Cruz to study the Russian Language -- 15 yrs & up!
In 12 days you will be able to read and write in Russian.
The Fall 2009 classes have already started. The Winter/Spring 2010 session starts January 2010. Stay tuned! Private lessons are available now (see http://sites.google.com/site/russianlanguageschoolclub/).
At Level I (Beginners) you will learn the Russian Alphabet (Cyrillic), reading and writing.
Then, at Levels II (Intermediate) and IV (Advanced) you can study
Russian grammar as well as culture, literature, music, cinema, history,
and even authentic Russian cuisine with a group of very enthusiastic
learners.
This course will be of great help for those who want to speak and
understand Russian, especially for would-be travelers to the New Old
Russia.
