Where are classes held? Is there parking?
All Cruzio classes are held at our Santa Cruz store at 903 Pacific Ave, Suite 101. Check out the handy map on our contact page.
Free three-hour parking lots can be found at Pacific and Maple or Cedar and Elm. Street parking is available on Pacific Ave in front of Cruzio, but if you choose to park here, don't forget coins for the meter.
I'd like to pay with cash or a check. How can I do that?
Our registration site is fully encrypted so any credit card information you enter will be safe. However, if you'd like to pay with cash or check, you can do so by registering with one of our customer service representatives in our store.
What do I need to bring?You do not generally need to bring much to the Cruzio classes. Some attendees like to bring paper and a pen to take down notes, however you will get a handout that details everything covered. If you are attending a Hands-on class, Cruzio will provide a computer for you. If you'd like to bring your own laptop you may, although Cruzio's class resources are already preinstalled on our computers.
How do I know if I am on Cruzio's new Web hosting servers?
Some of the Hands-on classes make use of the tools and applications included with our newer Web hosting packages. If you're not sure whether you have our latest packages, don't worry. Just register and we'll check for you.

What if I need to cancel a Hands-on class or event?
- If it's five or more business days prior to the class or event, you'll receive full credit or refund.
- If it's two to four business days prior to the class or event, you can get full credit for another class or a refund less 15% processing fee.
- If it's one or fewer business days, sorry, no refund.
- If Cruzio cancels the class or event, you will receive a full refund or credit.
