Mike Brogan

Mike Brogan is the Classes Coordinator at Cruzio, and has taught classes such as One Night Web Site and One Day Blog. Hired by Cruzio in 2003, he has filled many roles, most recently being the Technical Support Lead. Mike loves using open source tools such as blogs, CMSs, and forums. Mike is a total Internet and gadget geek, and can often be seen around Cruzio with white headphones coming out of his ears.

Chris Frost

Chris has been with Cruzio since the Fall of 2005 when he returned from two years in Europe running network gaming events. Since returning to the USA he has immersed himself with as much technology as possible, including Joomla, Gallery, forum software and a whole lot else. Chris currently works in the Tech Support department where his background in customer service, project management and general geekiness all come in handy.

Jessi Hance

Jessi likes to find out what makes Web sites tick. She's built a few herself, some by hand, some with Cruzio's nifty site-building tools, like WordPress. Having been a preschool teacher in a former life, she firmly believes that with the right teacher and the right tools, anyone can learn anything.

Interests: Blogging, bicycle+iPod commuting, music of all kinds, cooking soup all day, and hanging out with other people's pets.

Bruce Emond

Bruce came from New England for a change of pace and ended up changing his career. After 10 years as a Restaurant Manger he turned on a computer and was hooked. Mostly self taught, with help from friends and co-workers, he has eight years of experience helping young and old on our help desk support line.

Bruce is Cruzio's resident ShopSite expert, and teaches "Start Making Money Online."

Chris Chard

Chris has worked at Cruzio for 5+ years and is currently the Sales Lead. He credits his computer knowledge to a lot of trial, a whole lot more error, and impromptu training from (possibly unwitting) coworkers. Chris enjoys helping folks expand their knowledge and comfort level for computers and the Internet, and any other needs that may arise for Cruzio customers. Experience coaching soccer and ice hockey has helped prepare Chris to teach others about the wonders of the Internet.

Westi Haughey

An Internet user from the early days of local BBS' like The Electric Cafe, Westi's preferred use of the Internet has always been for communication with friends, family and the community at large. After receiving her B.A. degree in Radio, TV & Film with a minor in Speech Communication, Westi realized that when it came to media, the Internet had it all. Today as Marketing Manager at Cruzio, she loves to teach others how to setup their own blogs, use Web 2.0 tools to market their businesses. She coordinates the Small Business Fair every year.
