Jim Greiner's Hand Drum & Hand Percussion Instruction and Drum Circles
Organization Description: Jim Greiner, the founder of Hands-On! Drumming® Events, is a Santa Cruz-based, internationally renowned percussionist, educator, community drumming leader and inspirational speaker.

Jim teaches workshops and private lessons locally and worldwide for a wide range of hand drums and hand percussion instruments, including:
-Congas
-Bongos
-Djembé
-Doumbek
-Cajon
-Frame Drums
-Shekeré
-Maracas and other shakers
-Clavés, Afuce, Tambourine, Cowbells and more

He has developed lesson plans for novices, recreational drummers, semi-professional- and professional-level musicians including percussionists, drum set players, vocalists, horn players, and more.

Private lessons: $50/hr, or $180 for four, 60-minute lessons; $30 for 30-minute lessons, or $100 for four, 30-minutes lessons.

Ongoing Conga Class meets weekly on Wednesdays from 7 to 8:30 p.m., all levels, costs $70 for four, 90-minutes sessions.

Jim's also teaches his award-winning Rhythm Power® Inspirational Workshops regularly at various locations locally and worldwide. These workshops integrate the FUNdamentals of rhythm and percussion playing into a lively session that helps to reinforce powerful Life Rhythms including:
