I can't believe the other review here. How many Indian folks do you see eating here? That aren't somehow related to the place?

The staff is always prompt and you can tell they truly want to provide you with a royal taj experience. The atmosphere is wonderful. The food is great, in fact, go there just for the Boti Tikka Masala! (tender lamb in creamy and well seasoned masala w/ rice and house salad)

The only place I've been to in the bay area with Boti Tikka Masala on the menu (usually you have to ask for it specially and then you generally get a grumble and have to wait forever!) Not at the Taj!

I'd reccomend it. In fact, I know it's open on Holidays because I went there last x-mas and it was the same staff as always and they were extremely welcoming and attentive. I hope they stay for a long time.

They are also pretty fast for take-out.

Five stars all the way!

Don't forget the Naan! (The art is also tasteful and beautiful)
