We've had to restart our primary router. This has resulted in all traffic between Cruzio out the outside world from being cut off momentarily. This will effect access to web hosting, email, and some other services. The connection should be restore shortly. We apologize for the inconvenience.
UPDATE 3:57pm - After rebooting the core router, issues with network traffic persist. Cruzio engineers are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
UPDATE 4:40pm - Cruzio engineering has resolved the issue and all traffic should be flowing again.
UPDATE 5pm - Our core router at our Santa Cruz data center experienced a buffer overflow within it's routing tables at about 3:30pm today. A reboot didn't fix the overflow issue, so Cruzio engineering had to do research to identify the cause of the problem and implement a solution. As this was the core router that is responsible for our failover link, the data center was offline until about 4:45 pm, when the solution was implemented and the router came back online.
Web hosting servier host 3 is being rebooted to clear up a stuck process. This should only effect customers who have web hosting services on this particular server. Services should be returning in just a couple of minutes. We apologize for the inconvenience.
UPDATE - Services were restored before the first message had finish posting (about 9:05am). Thanks for your patience.
