If you have any services with Cruzio, you're already a member of Cruzio's online community where you can see the daily news headlines, weather, up-to-the-minute traffic, local events Calendar and the exhaustive Santa Cruz Guide.

Logging in is the first thing you'll want to do on the Cruzio website. Many activities on the Cruzio website, like editing your personal profile, writing to your Mini-blog, posting a business listing or writing a restaurant review, require you to log in first. So let's log in!

How to Log In to the Cruzio Website

Find the login area in the upper right-hand corner of this site (you can't really miss it.) Enter your full Cruzio email address and email password and click the Login button.

Absolutely any Cruzio-hosted email address will work (username@baymoon, username@rattlebrain, username@calcentral, etc) including Cruzio-hosted custom domains (username@yourdomain.com.) As long as the address is hosted by Cruzio, you can use it to log in. Cool, huh?

If you are a Cruzio member but you do not have Cruzio-hosted email address of any kind (we know you're out there!), give us a call and we'll set you up with an email address to log in with right away.

About the Secure Login Option

When you are using the Internet through a public connection, such as a WiFi hotspot at a café, you may want to keep your email address and password encrypted and hidden from possible eavesdroppers.

To use Secure Login, find the login area in the upper right-hand corner of this site and click the Secure Login link.

Your browser will now display a padlock icon, indicating an SSL encrypted connection. Enter your full Cruzio email address and email password and click the Login button.

Trouble Logging in?

Of course, everything doesn't always go smoothly. If by some chance you're having trouble logging in with your Cruzio-hosted email address, try the following:

• Check your Cruzio Login Information and try again. Remember that passwords are case-sensitive. (Hint: make sure your Caps Lock key isn't on.)
• Are you using your complete email address including @cruzio.com, @baymoon.com, @yourdomain.com, etc?
• If you don't have your password handy, click on the "Forgot Password" link in the login area to reset it. Or, if you'd prefer, give us a call.
• If you've forgotten your email address or are unsure if your email is hosted by Cruzio, give us a call or email us.
• If you'd prefer, or if all else fails, call Cruzio for help from a real live person.

After Logging In

After logging in, you'll immediately be taken to your Profile page. From here you can check your email, manage your Spam filters, add new services, pay your Cruzio bill and get started using all the great new features that come with Cruzio Membership.
