This help is for Cruzio members. Many activities on the Cruzio website require membership. If you're not a member yet, please join us!

Checking Your Email

To read your email on the Cruzio site, find the login area in the upper-right hand corner of this site, enter your full Cruzio email address and email password in the appropriate fields, and click the Login button.

(Check out our "Logging In" help if you're having trouble getting logged in.)

Once logged in, click "My Email" in the upper-right hand corner. Your email sign-in page will open.

You'll also find a large "My Email" link on your profile page which does exactly the same thing.

Cannot get email to download from website- I'm traveling and using local wifi in a public library.  Can login and go to admin page, etc, but no email download- suggestions?? Thx.

Hi, sorry you're having problems. Maybe Cruzio Support will step in to help as well. You should provide some details, though.

Can you describe the actions you take, and what you see on the computer? I'm assuming that after you log in to cruzio.com, you click the Get Email link. What happens, exactly, after clicking the link?

(When I log in to cruzio.com and click Get Email, a new window pops up and shows me my email inbox. Sometimes my inbox is empty, of course, but at least I know that I've successfully gotten into my email account.)

Another question - have you successfully used Cruzio Webmail from any other location before? It would be good to know if you're having Webmail problems in general, or just from your current location.
