We are rebooting our host3 domain server to clear stuck processes. The server should be back online shortly.

host1 domain server reboot. Sunday 11/1 at 5pm
We are rebooting one of the servers that hosts customer domains, host1, to clear stuck processes. We apologize for the inconvenience. Server will be back online shortly, and all incoming mail is being queued on the secondary mail servers.

www13.cruzio.com Down
One of our servers, www13.cruzio.com, that hosts some of our domains and email is currently down. At this moment we do not have a time estimate as to when the server will be up and running.

Update:   6:25pm Engineering is currently rebuilding a large chunk of the server. There is still no time estimate as when www13 will be back online.


Update 8:50pm - the rebuild work continues. We hope to have the server back online by 10pm.


Update: 9:20pm - The server is back online, but some services, such as Webmail, are still not functional.


Update: 10pm. The www13 server is back online, running on backups from about 12 hours before the crash. On Thursday, we will attempt to recover data from the drive that went bad in order to restore any missing data from after the backups ran.

Host3 Web Server rebooted 9:35 am
Host3.cruzio.com was rebooted to clear stuck processes. We apologize for any inconvenience.

DSL VP 6 Outage
Some Cruzio DSL customers were affected by an outage that started about 12 noon. Customers were seeing a flashing or solid DSL light on modems, though couldn't surf the web. Cruzio alerted the upstream provider immediately once recognition of problem.

Some customers affected by this outage are reporting that their service has been restored.

host2.cruzio.com is currently being rebooted to clear some stuck processes.

One of the servers that host some of the @cruzio.com mailboxes is currently being rebooted to clear up some processes.

Update:   17 October 2009 at 7:35pm

bmail is up and running as well as all it's services.

DSL outage for some customers in 95060 at 1pm.
Some DSL customers may be unable to access the Internet due to an AT&T outage. This outage appears limited to those in the 95060 zip code. Cruzio is working with AT&T to resolve this issue.
