You can pay your bill anytime using our online payment center. To reach the payment center, just select the "My Account" button located at the very top of each page on our Web site. Log-in according to your account type and select the "Payment Center" button.

To pay your Cruzio bill over the phone using a credit card, call 831.459.6301 option 2 between 10AM and 6PM, Monday through Friday and 10AM to 2PM on Saturday. Payments may also be dropped-off at one our stores in downtown Santa Cruz and Watsonville and the old-fashioned way works too— you can post a check to 903 Pacific Ave, Ste 101 Santa Cruz, CA 95060.

  The network status page is a log of any problems affecting customers over the last month. There is also a log of the nationwide dialup issues.

You can join Cruzio anytime by signing up online or, if you have questions you'd like answered ahead of time, you can call 831.459.6301 option 2 or visit one of our stores in in downtown Santa Cruz or Watsonville. Staff will be on hand to answer your questions 10AM to 6PM, Monday through Friday and 10AM to 2PM on Saturday.
